Delete directly in the app

The fastest path is the authenticated deletion control in the Ruycu mobile app.

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Select Delete Account in the Account section.
• Review the notice, confirm permanent deletion, and enter your password when requested.

Cannot access the app?

Email ruycuinfo@gmail.com from the address registered to your account. Use the subject 'Ruycu account deletion request' and include your username. We verify ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted or anonymized

Profile and contact data, credentials and linked sign-in identifiers, trusted devices and notification registrations, KYC submission records and document references, inventory, wallet state, marketplace and referral activity, land claims, world state, rewards, and other gameplay data.

Limited data retained

Pseudonymized transaction, invoice, receipt, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and security records may be retained only where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. Direct profile identifiers are removed. Residual encrypted backups expire through the normal retention cycle.

Timing

Authenticated in-app deletion takes effect immediately. Verified email requests are processed within 30 days. We will contact you if additional information is required to verify ownership.
